I am Leshay—a licensed marriage and family therapist, entrepreneur, and visionary dedicated to helping people break barriers and create lasting change. With a background in mental health and years of hands-on experience, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges and develop real-world strategies for success. My passion for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy stems from my belief that everything starts in the mind—change your thoughts, and you change your life.

But my journey doesn’t stop at therapy. Since 2012, I’ve built multiple businesses from the ground up, including a mental health facility, a clothing brand, a rental car company, a nail salon, and even a singing group. I am self-made, a problem solver, and a "get-it-done" kind of person. My experience in business and leadership gives me a unique perspective in guiding others toward success, whether in personal growth, relationships, or entrepreneurship.

Beyond my professional life, I am a wife and mother—roles that fuel my drive and purpose. Though my roots are in Las Vegas, NV, my love for travel keeps me constantly exploring new places and perspectives. I am passionate about seeing the best in people and helping them realize their full potential. When others are stuck at the starting line, I see the finish line and help them map the way forward.
